Curve fitting script for diffusion-time (td) dependent diffusion MRI measured using pulsed and oscillating gradients. The relationship between apparant diffusion coefficient (ADC) at varying oscillating frequencies and td follows 1) linear regression ADC(f) = a*sqrt(f)+b in the td regime, or 2) the power-law ADC(f) = a*f^b+c. The script calculates the model parameters ([a, b] for linear or [a, b, c] for power-law) given the inputs of f, ADC, and model type ('linear' or 'power-law').
