Draw a polygon and its associate splinegon on screen by mouse clicks.

Running this function, one can interactively draw a polygon and its associate splinegon (made of smooth splines connecting the polygon vertices). The designed polygon and splinegon can then be copied, as graphic objects or as vertex coordinates, for further use.
