This App allows to open, plot, navigate and manipulate spectroscopic data in ASCII and matlab format. The data can contain one or multiple spectra, but the first column must correspond to the frequency/wavelength/wavenumber and the rest to the spectra to be analyzed. The data should preferably lack heading, but data with heading can be loaded using the Import Wizard in the App. The program is particularly designed for the manipulation of Fourier transform infrared absorption spectra.
The preprocessing of the spectra includes a simple baseline correction and data cut.
The postprocessing includes: Fourier self-deconvolution, Fourier derivatives (without and with phase correction), Fourier smoothing, Fourier de-apodization, and Fourier interpolation.
