SUBMATCH
The Submatch software renames the subtitles to videos and moves the renamed subtitles to video folder.

The software GUI is used as follows. You first navigate to the subtitle folder by using the button in the upper left part. You then navigate to the video folder by using the button in the upper right part. You can then rename the files in the subtitle folder to the files in the video folder and copy those renamed subtitles to the video folder by using the synchronization button in the middle.
