Solves 2D scattering problem for a circular cylinder using MoM using Point Match technique and calculates RCS.

This is a simple program which calculates the RCS for TE and TM scattering from a circular PEC cylinder. The incident field is due to a plane wave described by the incidence angle. The program evaluates the Method of Moments using Point Match technique and returns the mutual impedance matrix, the currents, and the RCS data with decent accuracy. This program serves as a useful reference for those who are studying the basics of Method of Moments.
