RF Data Analysis and System Design for Scientific Applications
RF modeling tools are introduced through an example of designing a digital twin of an EM cavity resonator for particle accelerators using Simulink®. The series includes three videos covering the following topics: RF data analysis, design and budget analysis of RF systems, and the simulation of RF-controlled components at the system level.
Part 1: Getting Started with RF Data Analysis Import, visualize, and manipulate an RF network’s S-parameters.
Part 2: Design and Budget Analysis of RF Systems Get started with gain, power, noise, and nonlinear analysis of RF chains.
Part 3: Simulating RF-Controlled Components at the System Level Integrate RF chains together with digital signal processing algorithms and control logic in feedback and feedforward configurations.
