File Information

This file contains example models showing how to connect SimMechanics and Simscape models. Connecting the models using Simscape Physical Signals ensures a lossless transfer of mechanical power between the two systems. Simple demonstration models are provided to show you how to connect these systems.

Added R2013a version with additional examples (hinge with hard stop, slider crank with hardstop, slider crank with 2 motors).
