Specify author name for Polyspace Platform project

Description

Specify an author name for the current Polyspace Platform project.

Set Option

Set the option using one of these methods:

• Polyspace Platform user interface (desktop products only): In your project configuration, enter an author name for this option on the Project tab.

• Command line and options file: Use the option -author. See Command-Line Information.

Why Use This Option

Use this option to identify the project author in analysis logs and reports.

Settings

Enter an author name.

Command-Line Information

Parameter: -author

Value: authorName

Example (Bug Finder): polyspace-bug-finder -sources filename -author "John Smith"

Example (Code Prover): polyspace-code-prover -sources filename -author "John Smith"
