To obtain you license file and File Installation Key, refer to the following Documentation,
Get License File and File Installation Key

For Previous Releases

For earlier releases of certain licenses, the File Installation Key section does not appear. For help obtaining a File Installation Key for these cases ONLY, refer to the following,
Note: You must be a License Administrator to obtain a File Installation Key for a previous release of MATLAB.
  1. Sign in to the License Center and select your license
  2. Click the Install and Activate tab
  3. On the top Right of the screen select Advanced Options
  4. Use the dropdown menu under the Get File Installation Key section to select the desired release of MATLAB
