How to find Weibull parameters using linear least squares in MATLAB

I have already used MATLAB to calculate the Weibull parameters a and b, using the maximum Likelihood Method. Now I want to use The Linear Least Square method.
Can anyone tell me if Matlab can do this using the Linear Least square method and what step should I take?
