Training Custum Detector in Matlab using CascadeTrainGUI app

I found a quick and easy way to train a custom detector using the Cascade Training GUI. I'am able to supply both positive and negative images to my custom detector. (I also specify ROIs for positive samples). I clicked the Train Detector button and then I'm not really sure what's next. Is there a tutorial on how to use the app?
