How to detect curved lines

how will you find peaks for curve line and also give coding for line coding for connecting that curve peaks. Please help me

Exactly what does "connecting that curve peaks" mean? Do you want a line drawn from the top of one peak to the top of the next peak? Are these 1-D peaks, or a wavy curve in 2D with "peaks" pointing in all directions, like a star or asterisk?
