Wrong MAC address given, license error 9

7 views (last 30 days)
After restarting a Mac Pro (10.9.2, MATLAB R2013b), MATLAB generates license error 9. The two MAC addresses are for my two ethernet ports, but the Mac seems to be submitting the Ethernet 2 address, whereas only Ethernet 1 is connected. Is there a way to switch the MAC address given by the computer, or can the license be modified to include both MAC addresses?
