Interface to PI Processbook

Does anyone know a way to interface with data collected via PI ProcessBook? I have the client application on my desktop and can extract the live controller data to excel in segments but I'm looking to live feed it into MATlab. There is no way for me to go directly to the datasource as it's on an isolated network but I'd like to link the two together and live feed the data.
