save and export the value of objective function in GA toolbox

Hi all
I have written an optimization M-file and executed it by GA toolbox. I want to save and export the value of objective function i.e. Best fitness as well as mean function in the form of MATLAB sheet which is similar to Excel sheets. How can I do it?

The question is not clear yet. What is a "Matlab sheet, which is similar to Excel sheets"? Do you mean a uitable? What exactly is "save and export"?
