I want to download for free. can I download and activate without payment or without license.
There are no free downloadable versions of MATLAB.
You can use MATLAB Online for free for up to 20 hours per month. (I gather that no toolboxes are included.)

i need matlab offline for IOT arduino board project purpose. Is there any way to download it easily..?
@Sonith you download it like any other release of MATLAB. Once you buy it you should get a download link. For the IOT or aduino stuff you can search the questions here for those topics. There may be some other add-ins that you need to also download separately from MATLAB, or within MATLAB from the Add-one button on the tool ribbon. Or contact Hans Scharler about ThingSpeak.
Thanks for the reply sir..but for ardiuno purpose we need simulink from matlab sir. Thats why i asked my doubt to you sir and thanks for the clarification..
It will never be possible to install MATLAB or Simulink on Arduino.
It is possible to use Simulink to generate code for Arduino. To do that, you install MATLAB and Simulink on a host computer (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and work with the model there, and tell Simulink to generate for target.
If your MATLAB host has online access, then use the normal online installer to get MATLAB and Simulink onto the host. If your MATLAB host does not have online access, then follow the steps pointed to by Image Analyst.
