Loading Neural network model

Trying to load my saved ANN model into workspace for simulation in R2013a but it was flaging an error dat 'conversion to struct ' like that.But it ran successfully in R2009a Pls help!!!

- Which functions are you executing before the error is thrown?
- What is the complete error message?
