esig.timeseries working or not?

Has anyone tried using the esig.timeseries function?

I had just subscribed to the esignal service, got the esignal.history to work, but cannot seem to get esig.timeseris to work. I tried looking at the esig file and the program was stuck at

numBars = e.eSignal.GetNumBars(hRequest);

Any thoughts Matlab/eSignal experts? Thank you in advance.
