No i didnt mean that .. i mean i want to hide data in alpha channel in rgb image

Do you mean like steganography? I know how to hide something in an image but not the alpha channel. So you have like a BMP image with 4th layer - an alpha channel?

Here's a method using LSB watermarking (attached). But I'm sure there are lots of methods and that is not my field so you'll have to look around.
