Need to analyse ac step up voltage and frequency controller.

Trying to model the circuit for ac votlage and frequency controller, but lack clarity for the use of components from different tool kits in simscape. The components in simscape electricals can not be connected with those in specialised power systems. Need to know the interconnection rules or techniques . And also need to know the about the right tool kit for optimum modelling of this circuit.
