Im not able to install the ikarosilva/wfdb-app-toolbox add-on which has the 'rdsamp' function required to load MIT BIH dataset.

Hi Vivek,

I had the same issue but installed the toolbox manually and it worked fine. Here is a link to instructions on how to.
