How to find the maximum data transfer for satellite?

Hello,
How do I code the maximum data transfer in such a way that when a satellite passes a specific ground station, we are able to obtain a graph/report of the data transfer from the satellite. I am using properties of the SatComm toolbox, however, I am stuck on how to approach this. Attached is a paper I am using as reference.
