air-oxygen mixing model in a continuous process

Can anyone share or provide link to air-oxygen mixing model in a continuous process as in a mechanical ventilator. I have made O2 mass balance equation already but cannot figure out how to implement other factors like diffusion and turbulence effects. If anyone can help.

You should be able to use the Moist Air (MA)domain for such a purpose. The domain keep tracks of the concentration, mass, and energy balance of up to 3 gas species. You may use the trace gas part for Oxygen.
