how can i construct a 3D image by using CT dicom data files

hi i have a bunch of dicom image CT data files of an human body organ(lung), by using these CT data i want to construct a 3D image (volume/structure) of an organ(lung). how can i pre-process those data files and how can i construct a 3D image plz help me out ...
