Attenuation in digital filter bank

Hello, I have this bank of 3 digital filters, with an input signal of 150 Hz and 1 of amplitude, you know why the signal is reduced by 0.04 for the BandPass [250-2000 Hz] and by 1x10-4 for the BandPass [2000-20000 Hz]?

Attenuation is normal. Do you want to know why it is exactly 0.04 and 10e-4 for those filters?
