Can't get simulink Onramp Certificate

Hello,
I have completed Simulink Onramp tutorial. It's showing 100% progress on the onramp window but, in mathworks account it is showing 0%.
I want to download the cetrificate. Where can I get it?
I'm using MATLAB R2020a- academic version.
Attaching screenshots for reference.
Thank you

I have already checked on the link in My courses but there was 0% progerss.
After some serching on the page I discoverd there is different version selected at Setting>Edit release or language. I selected R2020a (Which I have on my PC) and now its showing 100% progress.
Thank You for Quick Response.
Good info to share. I'm adding a screenshot of how to do that in case others who come to this question need to do the same thing.

In order to get the correct progress in the self-paced course progress, please click the link 'Select a different language or release' under the 'Share Certificate & Progress'.
