How to change the Fontname when interpreter is changed to 'Latex'

zlabel('${\it \dot m}_{\rm} {\rm (kg \cdot s^{-1})}$',Interpreter='latex',FontSize=12,fontname='Arial');

when the interpreter is sletected 'latex', the seting fontname seems not work, and the fontname of ZLabel in the picture is still the default fontname of Latex, so how to deal with this problem?
