3D visualisation

Hi all, I am tying to display a 3d image of bone trabeculae and have seen many images of it done, BUT cannot find the way round to making it happen in Matlab! I have already created a cube with "SQUEEZE" and "SUBVOLUME". I need to see through the space so do not just want a "cube" with faces. Can anyone help?
