Use fmincon to find the maximum value of the Kriging model

I used the toolbox DACE (Design and Analysis of Computer Experiments) to build the Kriging model. How can I just find the best value of this model? Based on gradient optimization and use the fmincon function? Can you recommend specific examples of operations?
