Hi Praveen,
The message that you mention should merely be a note (not an error) that no driver blocks are generated for the software interface model. In your case, this is because the LEDs will be driven from the FPGA. The same note will be shown for any ports that weren't mapped to an interface in HDL Workflow Advisor step 1.3.
