How to specify yticklabel at specific ticks?

For example, if I have a y-axis ranging from 0-100. My "ytick" is [0:10:100]. How do I only add ticklabels at the below unevenly distributed tick locations?

15, 27, 33, 45, 75

This is my 2nd y-axis and my goal is to add some particular lables at these locations, while not messing up with the existing tick locations.
