MATLAB does not provide any built-in functions for steganography (of any algorithm), so there is no MATLAB function that we can direct you to.

You need to research to find an algorithm. Once you have started programming an algorithm and have difficulty with doing that, then we can help you understand error messages and help you understand MATLAB. However, it is not the purpose of this facility to do your topic research -- only to help you understand MATLAB.
