how can i save results from loop as a row vector?

If I have a loop
for i=1:4
for j=2:5
c=x(:,[i,j])
v=mean(x)
end
end
I want to save the mean as a row vector for example mean=[5, 6, 7, 3, 8] How can i do it?

What is your x variable?

What are i and j? Row and column??? What is c used for? Anything? If x is a 2D matrix, then c is two columns of x extracted into its own array, but what are your plans for c? If you do mean() like that then v is a row vector of all the means of the columns - one mean for each column in the image.
