the input argument of the function "gearConditionMetrics" is the original vibration dataset or a TSA of the vibration data ?

Hi Walid,
gearConditionMetrics expects an input array or table with four columns: TSA, Difference, Regular, and Residual signals, in that order. There is also an option for Name, Value pair arguments if your signals are not in that order.
You can always find the details for function syntax in the documentation. There is an example there as well.
