ee_relay_distance_protection command is not working. Please find the model in this link: https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/ug/relay-overcurrent-protection.html

The command is working fine in R2022a and R2022b. I believe you are either using an older release which don't have this example, or you do not have a Simscape Electrical license.
