why does MATLAB spectrum give different fourier coefficients

Please find attached :
1. Simulink model containing a periodic square generator and a spectrum analyser, configured to give a visual of the frequency spectrum.
2. My attempt to calculate the Fourier coefficients of periodic square wave.
3. Comparison of amplitudes of MATLAB spectra and calculated spectra.
Why the difference ?
