launching the "image detector" program on raspberry Pi3B at startup

I created a trained object detector on the squeezenet network and deployed it on raspberry Pi3B. Immediately after the deployment, the script on raspberry started. But after the restart, it no longer starts, although the Enable Run On Boot parameter in target Hardware has set 1. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.
