Matlab 2021b suddenly slowed down

My laptop is windows 10 ,i3 processor and 8 gb ram. It was fine but from past 2 days my matlab slowed down and it takes minutes just to open a block. can i uninstall and install matlab on ssd and use it.

This can be a problem of the disk or SSD, the RAM might be exhausted by another program, the cooling might fail or a large Windows update can slowdown the computer.
There are no magic truicks, which slow down Matlab files, which are stored longer than 8 months on a disk. So there is another reason for the slowdown. Ofcourse a SSD would be useful - if the disk access is the bottleneck.
