send GPS data to thinkspeak

Hello. I have a project about tracking vehicle using GPS in real time. Now I'm using GPS board module from sparkfun ZED-F9P and use the google maps API to show the tracking location. I manage to send the coordinates data to thinkspeak but my problems is that the data received at the thinkspeak is lagging. How can I solve this problem.
