How to build a model with mixed edian types?

Hi,

I am trying to build a simulink model for the dspace microAutobox Platform. Its a big endian byte order system.

I get the following error while trying to build the model:

LINKING APPLICATION ... < lnkppc > (F) #A0376 Can't mix little and big endian: E2E_P01.o is little endian; previous objects have been big endian.

Is there a way to solve the issue.
