Can I build a Simulink model using a block of OPC Toolbox by Simulink Coder ?

I want to make a model using Simulink which comunicates with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controler) via OPC Server.
The model has blocks of OPC Toolbox.
I want to get the C-code of the model and build it to a dll.
(OS is wondows 10)
