Why is my simscape model always having solver errors?

Hey everyone,
I am making a model of a linear actuator controlled platform and I recently tried to add motion input to the actuator legs as right now I just have lose geometry that is not controlled.
Error: Model not assembled due to a position violation. The failure occurred during the attempt to assemble all joints in the system and satisfy any motion inputs. If an Update Diagram operation completes successfully, the failure is likely caused by motion inputs. Consider adjusting the motion inputs to specify a different starting configuration. Also consider adjusting or adding joint targets to better guide the assembly.
What should I check first and go about diagnosing and solving this problem?

Hi Bowen,
I understand that you are facing an error in your Simscape model.
From the error message you encountered, it appears that a position violation has occurred within your model. This indicates that your model has entered a kinematically impossible state. It is possible that one or more frames within your model are not correctly oriented or positioned.
To address this issue, I recommend adjusting the motion inputs or incorporating joint targets. By fine-tuning these parameters, you may be able to resolve the position violation error.
Please refer to the MATLAB answer on position violation and electric actuator documentation for more details:

Hope this resolves your query!
