Getting MATLAB to control THORIMAGE using THORLABS IPC protocol.

Hi,

I'm part of a lab which uses Thorlabs hardware for 2photon imaging of neural tissue. I'm looking to control the latest version of Thorimage software (version 4.1) from MATLAB (2022a) using the THORLABS IPC protocol, which involves using named pipes specified in a C# script. Has anyone successfully done this before and, if so, please can you share your code/ give advice on how to achieve this?
