We are distributing our application together with the compiler runtime. A major client has the following wording in our license agreement with them:
"Licensor warrants that the Licensed Software and the Documentation do not and will not contain, at the time delivered by Licensor to Licensee, any program routine, device, malware, or other undisclosed feature, including, without limitation, a time bomb, virus, malicious logic, worm, Trojan horse, or trap door that is designed to delete or otherwise harm the Licensed Software or Documentation or Licensee’s hardware, data, or other programs or that is intended to provide access or produce modifications not authorized by Licensee (collectively, “Harmful Code”). If Licensor incorporates into the Licensed Software or Documentation any materials supplied by third parties, Licensor must obtain comparable warranties from such third parties..." [emphasis mine]
Where would we find such assurances about the ML runtime? I'm sure this is SOP and in a license somewhere (?) Thanks in advance.
