how can we configure mux pins in matlab for TI F28003x controller using embedded coder?

I can't able to change the pin configuration for TI F28003x controller , Default is ADC pin but I want to use the pin as GPIO. Throwing error " Dot indexing is not supported for variables of this type " while using Hardware mapping.
