Can anyone please tell me how to plot this graph?

If i have the data, how can i plot this?

how can i change the values from degress to letters along polar axis?

I'm using polarplot(). But, it's not working.

Which command should i use to get the same kind of plot? Please let me know.

Use the polarplot function. It should do evertything you want.

For details see PolarAxes Properties and perhaps also Line Properties and to be complete, NumericRuler Properties if you are unfamiliar with MATLAB plots.
