GA model is not reproducible.

I have a genetic algorithm model. It has set rng to default for reproducibility and records every generation it runs. The resulting output array, however, are always a little different every time. Why is that? What can I do to get the exact same output array every time? Thank you.

Your function tolerance is smaller than numerical precision by 14-15 orders of magnitude. See eps function in MATLAB for double precision.

How different are the results? You should also work with data that has values on the order of unity so that round off errors are not as significant
