I want to acquire and visualize EEG signals using Matlab. We have our own custom signal acquisition system (electrodes, filters and amplifiers). But, we cannot figure out a way to get the sensed signals onto the computer(MATLAB). Please help

See the list of hardware supported by the Data Acquisition Toolbox: http://www.mathworks.com/products/daq/supportedio.html
You can use one of these boards to bring in your data. -Rob Purser

Well, the thing is that we want to use our own signal acquisition system for the purpose flexibility. We want to do real time signal processing of EEG data, please reply

You need to first figure out what interface you will use to connect your hardware to a computer. Once you have done that, you can write your own drivers to communicate with it, and call those drivers from MATLAB. There are several External Interfaces to choose from.
