a/d convert problem

hi everybody i have problem in a/d convert file in matlab. After digitizing i have data following: out =
00000000 01000011 10000101 11000100 11111111 ..... i want to convert into: out2= 0000000001000011100001011100010011111111.... how can i do it? Thanks alot
