As I connect a scanner with matlab

Hi I am in the preparation of my thesis and I found a big problem. I need to get the data from a scanner to processing with matlab interface directly without using pic or some other interface. I appreciate your answers

A search revealed Using MATLAB and a TWAIN scanner together. That solution seems to have worked, even though the Answer wasn’t Accepted.

Otherwise, if you can connect to the scanner with a USB cable, see if the free MATLAB Support Package for USB Webcams will recognise it.

That’s the only thing I can think of (other than the Image Acquisition Toolbox) that might do what you want.

At the very least, you will then be able to use your webcam with MATLAB.
